> AI-powered sermon clipping for churches. Upload a Sunday message (video file or YouTube link) and get social-ready vertical 9:16 clips with word-timed captions in about five minutes. Built for pastors, media directors, and church communications teams.

## About
- Site: https://sermon-clips.com
- Product: Web app that turns sermon video into platform-ready short clips
- Best for: Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels
- Free tier: 2 full sermons, no credit card
- Paid: Weekly Pass $9.99/week; Founding Pastor $23.99/month for life — see /pricing
- Trust rule: no fabricated star ratings; pricing and features must match the live site

## What it does
- Input: a video file upload, or a YouTube link. Those are the only two sources.
- Selects ~5 moments per sermon from the transcript, then checks candidates
against real video frames so clips do not open on a slide or an empty stage.
- Output: 9:16 vertical, reframed to follow the speaker, word-timed captions
burned in, dead air trimmed, audio levelled, poster thumbnail per clip.
- Captions are in the language actually preached — a transcription, not a translation.
- Delivery: in the dashboard and by email. Typically under an hour.

## What it does NOT do
- No translation, dubbing, or voice cloning.
- No B-roll, background music, or motion graphics.
- No posting or scheduling to social platforms — you download and post yourself.
- No square or landscape exports. Vertical 9:16 only.
- No logo, colour, or brand overlays on clips.
- No transcript file export, no human review service, no multi-seat team accounts.

Positioning: post-production only. Nothing happens live during a service.
