Branded Output

Every clip should say
your church name
before it says anything else.

On a feed where the source isn't visible until someone taps the avatar, branding IS the source. Sermon Clips branded output gives every clip your logo as a watermark, your brand color as the caption highlight, a 2-second intro with your church name, and an outro CTA. People remember the clip; the brand makes sure they remember your church.

Why Unbranded Clips Leak Reach

Clips travel further than the account that posts them. Without branding, that travel sends viewers anywhere except back to your church.

Viral clips with no branding send viewers to the algorithm, not to you

A clip that gets reshared without your logo on it builds the platform's reach, not your church's. The next video the viewer watches is whatever the algorithm serves — not your next sermon.

DIY branded intros take 30+ minutes per clip

CapCut, Premiere, After Effects — every branded intro you build by hand costs you half an hour and looks slightly different each time. Most volunteers quit after three weeks.

Reposters strip the platform watermark

When someone downloads your TikTok and reposts it to Reels, the TikTok watermark gets stripped. Your burned-in branding is the only thing that survives the re-upload chain.

How to Set Up Branded Clips

One-time setup. Every clip from then on renders with your branding automatically — no per-clip work.

1

Upload your church logo

Drop in a PNG with a transparent background. SVG and JPG also work, but PNG is what survives every render path cleanly.

2

Set your brand colors

Pick the primary hex value from your church's brand guide. This becomes the highlight color on burned-in captions — the visual hook that ties message and brand together.

3

Pick watermark position and opacity

Bottom-right, bottom-left, top-right, top-left. Opacity from 50% to 100%. Live preview so you can see exactly how it sits against real sermon footage before you commit.

4

Optional intro and outro animations

A 2-second intro card with your church name and a tagline. An outro card with a CTA — usually 'Watch the full sermon at yourchurch.com'. Both are built for you from your brand assets.

5

Every clip from now on renders branded

Upload a sermon. The AI finds the clips. They render with your logo, your color captions, your intro, your outro — every time. No per-clip configuration.

What Branded Clips That Work Look Like

There's a thin line between "clearly yours" and "visually noisy." Here's where the line sits in practice.

High-contrast logos survive any background

White-on-dark or dark-on-light. Anything mid-tone gets lost when stage lighting changes between clips. A logo that reads at a glance against both a lit pulpit and a dim auditorium is the one to use.

Watermark at 70-85% opacity

Full opacity (100%) competes with the speaker for attention. Below 50% disappears on bright frames. The 70-85% band is loud enough to register, quiet enough to not distract from the message.

Brand-color caption highlight makes message and brand inseparable

When the same orange that's in your logo is also the color highlighting the most important word of the caption, viewers stop seeing branding and message as separate things. They become one piece.

2-second intro is the sweet spot

Long enough to register the church name and tagline. Short enough that scroll-tolerance hasn't run out before the actual message starts. Three seconds and up consistently underperforms in TikTok retention data.

Outro CTA drives traffic back

'Watch the full sermon at yourchurch.com' on the last 3 seconds. This is the single highest-converting element for getting clip viewers to your actual sermon page. Don't skip the outro.

Brand presets for special series

Christmas series gets a red-and-gold preset. Easter gets a separate one. Youth night uses your youth ministry sub-brand. Save them once, pick at upload — your brand stays coherent across seasonal moments.

Everything included in branded output

Logo watermark, positionable

Drop your PNG, pick a corner, pick an opacity. Live preview shows you exactly how it sits on real footage before you commit.

Brand-color captions

Your primary hex value becomes the highlight color on burned-in captions. Keyword highlighting matches your brand, not a generic default.

Custom intro animation

Two-second opener with your church name and tagline. Built from your brand assets — no template you have to recognize from someone else's feed.

Custom outro animation

Three-second closer with a CTA and your URL. 'Watch the full sermon at yourchurch.com' — drives clip viewers back to your site.

Per-series brand variants

Save multiple brand presets — weekly, Christmas, Easter, youth — and pick which one a sermon uses at upload time. Available on Growth and Church_Plus.

Preview before render

See the first generated clip with your full branding applied before the rest of the batch renders. Catch any issues with logo size or color contrast before you've burned through your render quota.

Frequently Asked Questions

What logo formats do you support?

PNG with a transparent background is the recommended format — it lets the logo sit cleanly on any sermon footage without a colored box around it. SVG and JPG also work, but PNG is the best balance of quality and compatibility. If your only logo file is a JPG with a white background, our admin tools can strip the background for you before it's used as a watermark.

Can I have different branding for different sermon series?

Yes, on the Growth and Church_Plus tiers. You can save brand presets — one for your normal weekly preaching, one for a Christmas series, one for an Easter campaign, one for a youth-night series — and pick which preset a sermon uses at upload time. Each preset stores its own logo, watermark position, brand color, intro animation, and outro CTA.

Will branding work with the free trial?

No. Branded output is a paid feature, available on the Growth and Church_Plus plans. The free trial exports clean clips — vertical reframe, burned-in captions, multi-format export — but without logo watermarks, brand-color captions, or custom intros/outros. If you want branded clips, upgrade to Growth ($29/mo) and your next render will pick up your branding automatically.

How do I make my logo look good as a watermark?

Use a version with a transparent background (PNG or SVG). For most sermon footage — preachers on stage with darker backgrounds and stage lighting — a white-on-transparent logo reads best. If your church only has a black or dark-colored logo, our admin tools can convert it to a white version for watermark use. Avoid logos with thin strokes or small text inside them; those disappear at watermark size. A simple wordmark or icon-mark works far better than a detailed crest.
