Multi-site churches have one teaching pastor preaching to many locations — but each campus has its own Instagram, its own community manager, and (ideally) its own visual brand. Sermon Clips renders per-campus branded clip sets from the same source sermon: same content, different watermark, intro, outro, and brand color. One upload, N branded outputs.
One sermon, N campuses, N social calendars. Manual workflows fall apart the moment you grow past two locations.
Manually exporting 5 sets of branded clips for 5 campuses is 5x the work. Your central comms team can't keep up — and Sunday's content goes stale by Wednesday.
Each campus's social manager ends up posting raw, unbranded sermon clips because the central comms team's branded version never arrives. Your network looks inconsistent online.
Online campus has no physical building. It desperately needs a distinctive social presence to feel like a real campus — not a fallback for people who can't make it Sunday.
Sunday morning at the central campus → Monday morning, every campus has a branded clip set ready to post. Here's the workflow.
Upload Sunday's sermon
Drop in the central campus livestream recording (or paste the YouTube link). One source file feeds every campus in your network.
Set up per-campus brand profiles
Each campus gets a brand profile: logo, accent color, intro card, outro CTA URL ('Find us at downtown.yourchurch.org'). One-time setup per campus.
AI finds the moments once
The AI scans the sermon and surfaces the clip-worthy moments — the one-liners, the emotional peaks, the truth that lands. You review the list once, not five times.
Renders co-branded clip sets in parallel
The same moments render as a separate co-branded clip set for every campus profile, in parallel. Five campuses = five complete branded clip sets from one approval pass.
Each campus downloads their version
Each campus's social manager logs in and sees only their campus's clips. Downloads the branded versions, posts on their schedule. No cross-contamination, no 'wait, is this the East campus version?'
The same sermon clip becomes a different post when it carries different branding — and the algorithm treats it that way too.
Per-campus watermark builds local recognition
A subtle watermark in the corner of every clip — your East campus logo on East's clips, West on West's — builds local brand recognition over time. Viewers in that neighborhood start to associate the content with their campus.
Shared content, local CTA
The same scripture moment ends with a different outro: 'Find us at east.yourchurch.org' vs. 'Find us at west.yourchurch.org.' Shared content drives campus-specific traffic to the location closest to each viewer.
Same clip, different post
The same 45-second moment can be posted same-day by every campus without looking duplicate. Different branding = different post in the algorithm's eyes — no penalty for cross-network simultaneous posting.
Online campus benefits most
A physical campus has a building, parking lot, and weekly gathering as anchors. Online campus has none of that. Distinctive branded clips are the primary way online campus shows up as a real campus, not a fallback.
Per-campus language
Satellite campuses serving a non-English community can post in their local language with our multilingual caption rendering. Your Spanish-language campus posts the same sermon clip with Spanish burned-in captions.
Campus-specific posting schedules
Different campuses post on different schedules — Monday for one, Tuesday for another, Wednesday for the next. Avoids the algorithm penalty for posting identical content simultaneously across a network.
Per-campus brand profiles
Logo, accent color, intro card, outro card — saved once per campus, applied automatically to every clip rendered for that campus.
Parallel rendering
One upload, N branded outputs. The AI analyzes the sermon once, then renders co-branded clip sets for every campus profile simultaneously.
Per-campus admin access
Each campus's social manager logs in and sees only their campus's clips. Central admins see everything. No cross-campus confusion.
Campus-specific outro CTAs
Each campus's clips end with that campus's CTA URL, service times, or address. Drive traffic to the right location automatically.
Unlimited campuses
Church_Plus supports unlimited brand profiles. Add campuses as your network grows — three today, twelve in three years, no plan upgrade required.
Multilingual per campus
Spanish campus gets Spanish captions, Korean campus gets Korean captions, English campuses get English. One source sermon, multiple language outputs per network.
Per-campus branded rendering is a Church_Plus tier feature. Unlimited brand profiles, parallel rendering, per-campus admin access — everything a multi-site network needs to keep its locations distinct online.
See Church_Plus PricingHow many campuses do you support?
There's no hard limit. The Church_Plus tier supports unlimited brand profiles, so you can add as many campuses as your network grows into — three campuses today, twelve next year. Each profile carries its own logo, color palette, intro/outro, and outro CTA URL.
Does each campus need its own login?
Recommended but not required. A central admin can manage all campuses from one login — useful if your communications team handles social for every location. Most networks prefer per-campus logins so each campus's social manager only sees and downloads their own branded versions, which keeps the dashboard clean and the workflow scoped.
Can different campuses get different clip lengths?
Yes. Each campus brand profile has its own clip duration settings. If your online campus wants 30-second TikTok-style clips and your suburban campus prefers 60-second Reels, that's two settings on two profiles from the same source sermon — no re-rendering, no re-uploading.
What if the satellite campus preached a different sermon than central?
Upload each campus's source recording separately. Each gets its own clip set tied to that campus's brand profile. The multi-campus workflow is optimized for the common case (one teaching pastor, N viewing locations) but you're not locked into it — every campus can have its own independent sermon upload pipeline too.
